Hi can anyone tell me about HONDON DA LAS NIEVES ? Is it a good area to live in? Is it possible to earn a living their maybe a shop/bar?

Earning a living will not be easy... there's already loads here who are looking for work - there's only casual / part-time stuff available but low paid and quite competitive in terms of candidates.
... depends on what you want, what you can do and if you need to work.

Yes if you like 'SLOW' and inland - peaceful (most of the time)... only you can decide as HDLN is not to everyone's taste.
Earning a living will not be easy... there's already loads here who are looking for work - there's only casual / part-time stuff available but low paid and quite competitive in terms of candidates.
