That's a good price, I ordered some bits from Holland & Barrett and they wanted over £11 to post it here to Spain, I cancelled the order and waited for my daughter to bring over my bits only trouble was I was very hormonal for a couple of months

They are also competitively priced as they are based in Guernsey so you pay no VAT.

Fred, as usual spot on, I have used this company for years and their products are great quality, I think you all will find the purity and strength of their products are right up there, I did not post the link as I thought JDR would have been slapping my thighs ( i've heard he likes to do that !! )

Unfortunately the evening primrose oil is not as high as my holland n barrett ones.

We have yet to order a few things but were impressed by the prices and strengths and if some of the items are not up to the strength that we take we will double them up. Excellent value.

Oh to be honest i never really thought on that. I suppose it would just work out the same???

Looking at the prices I would have thought that you would still find them cheap. Cannot remember off hand but maybe there are several strengths on the Evening Primrose and you could take a couple of different strengths to get your normal dosage.

I had a little look at the dosage on my holland n barrett ones and they are 1300mg capsules made up of 949mg LA and 117mg of GLA.
On the website i cant see a mention of LA in there tabs and im not sure what LA is so not sure what to do.

No idea either but sure someone on here will be able to help.
