Hi, we hope you can help us.
We plan to move to the Costa Blanca in September. Were a middle aged couple and are looking for an apartment for longterm rent in a residential area.
Don't want to be on the coast but dont want to be isolated either.
Would like shops, bars, medical center and within 30/40 minutes of Alicante/Murcia airport.
Have tried several agencies but so far have had no luck, every time we find something we like they tell us its gone but is still on their website days later ?
We dont have a big budget, 300 - 350 euros a month but were keeping our fingers crossed and hope someone out there can help.

There are lots of properties available. 350€ is not a lot, but there are many within you price range e.g. http://www.vincent-realestate.com/pr...x.php?sec=info. What are your requirements?
Covers a huge diverse area, where do you want to be? You need to be more specific and give that spec to a good agent in the area you wish to be, and he will search out suitable properties for you.
EA in CB are just as incompetent as in UK. However, to be fair they do have a difficult job. Most properties are advertised with multiple agents and few vendors will tell other agents when it has been let by another one.
