Hi, I'm Adrian and I live in Jaén, Spain. If you go to spain I can give you a tour in my city 
Also I can help you practicing your spanish and answering some questions about spanish culture and customs. I want to visit UK in the future and it would be wonderful to contact people that can give me the same kind of help. If anyone is interested, please, contact me.

As little as possible. Walk the dog, tend the garden, battle with the bureaucracy, try and get the locals to understand my Spanish (I'm the only extranjero here) - it's all go.

Can't help you with visitors to Jaen (though we nearly bought a house there) but good luck with that and your proposed possible visit(s) to the UK. W is where I could offer help if it ever becomes a possibility.
