that would be nice 2 people fighting over us!
Our 'unique selling point' is we have lovely open fields all round us, so if they like semi rural it's good for us!
Here the view, notice sunlight coming through umbrella, bloody mice chewed it in the summer house!!

maybe the estate agent will be able to negotiate with the vendor to extend the sale date for you just in case ?
