Right i've hoovered dusted, washed the floors, tidied everywhere, cleared up all the chod from the garden, lit scented candles, plumped the cushions i've even tarted myself up , pleeeeze let one of these viewers like the house enough to put in an offer!!!

Well the first lot have been, they've sold to a cash buyer and can move quickly, but no idea if they liked it or not, they made all the positive noises but don't they all!!
Next lot at 4.30, so will sit in front of telly until they so as not to untidy anything!!

Did I ever mention the time that we moved into a house in Britain and found loads of photos in the attic of the previous lady owner. In some rather lurid poses and compromising positions!
I handed them into the Estate agents so they could return them of course. Returned as I found them....individually.

Well the 4.30's have just let, she seemed keen, was asking lots of questions, about what we were leaving, catchment area for schools, visualizing where their furniture would fit, so fingers crossed!!
They are thinking of late Nov for completion so hopefully our vendor would hang on, if hey ho, theres always another one out there!!
