Default Help with quick tanslation please

I need to write a letter to Telefonica concerning the termination of my contract can some one help please with the translation.


"I am writing to confirm my telephone conversation of February 10th to terminate my contract with Telefonica as from February 20th.

As instructed by your operator (Daisy) I have cancelled the direct debit through my bank for further payments.

Send final invoice to the above post address and arrangements will be made for payment."

Thank you to anyone that can help me with this.

Escribo a confirmar mi chamada de el dia 10 fevrero 2009 para terminar mi contrato Telefonica desde el dia 20 fevrero 2009.

En acordo con su operador (Daisy), yo he annulado mi Debito Directo por mi cuenta bancaria.

Por favor, envia me la factura ultima por mi apdo. de correos por pagamento.

Always good for a laugh, anyway I'm all sorted now as someone on another forum got a friend to check it out for me and I think I'm near word perfect now. So fax will be sent asap.

Will do, getting a bit worried about this as you hear so many horror story's about them. Thought after I have faxed it I might post it to them as well, I am tempted to ring 1004 to ask them to check for me but it took a few stressful days to get them to understand what we wanted to do in the first place. Trouble with OH and I we are a bit deaf, I say a bit deaf

It doesn't help when the company on the other end of the line is as well! We had to complain once. No language problems but the operator actually hung up when we'd pointed out their faults. We couldn't believe it- had to laugh about it.

Can you blame her, imagine what a day in her life is like working for them and the amount of calls they get, or maybe it was the coffee lady walking past the phone at the wrong time.

That's what we did, and it worked, we couldn't get them to send us the cancellation document, so just cancelled the DD, they may have tried to take the money, but they didn't get any. We eventually got the cancellation doc about 3 months later.
