myself and and my Partner have been in spain a few months now and while we are deciding to make the move permanent i have been working remotely for a uk company and getting paid into a uk account , the chances we will ow be staying as i am awaiting my NIE appointment and my has actually got her residencia appointment this week as she is working for a local estate agent , i need advice on what i need to to tax wise as i do not want to fall foul of the authorities and also will be arranging my own residencia when the time is right , thanks in advance

It is not difficult and your partner's employer & work colleagues should be able to advise her. It sounds like you need a Gestor to explain the basics and organise your tax affairs. Where are you living?

many thanks for coming back so quickly , we live in moraira and are aware that will need to see a local gestor or tax specialist but was just after a bit of a heads up as it were before we take things to the next stage
