Help! I can't pay my Non-Resident taxes

Help! I can't pay my Non-Resident taxes
I'm trying to fill in my non-resident taxes for year 2017 on this website -

I have done so for the last 4 years. But this year it won't accept the 'Accrual Year' to be 2017. It says it must be 2018. I can see no way of entering it as the form won't verify or submit without this date. I believe this must be paid before 31st December. I am going to Mallorca tomorrow, and intended to pay the bill in the bank next week. Have I left it too late to do online or something?
Any idea how I can do this? Thanks.

is the new form 2018 onward
