Does anyone have any information on health insurance coverage for someone over 65.

If you have residencia I think you are covered by the Spanish system, but you will have to check at the local clinic.

Unfortunately not, unless you are a working person or you are over retirement age. You can manage to get a few years with the right forms from Newcastle (E106 ain't it) but nothing more

Try Helvetia Prevision. they have an english helpline 952 19 70 59. 88% of their customers are british expats!!
