I suffer from Asthma and used to get it bad back in the UK, I was on my inhalers every day. Since moving to Spain I've barely used them once and only ever get wheezy when I go back there.
I went to London for 3 days last summer and could hardly breath by the end of it.

"Flixonase" spray worked for me instantly. Went from hell to normal in no time.
