Has the Malaga Metro opened yet?
If not, when is it supposed to?

It was due to open on 11/11/11 at 11:11. Asking for trouble.
A month or two before the opening, they announced it had been delayed until 2013 - quite a big delay given the short notice. It's not open yet but they still say it will be open by the end of the year.
Currently they're bickering about whether it should run under or over ground. Frankly, I think it might go the way of the cathedral (never quite finished), but worse.
