Another press release from money grabbing lawyers dressed up as a report from the Times. I wonder how much money they will want upfront for taking on the case They have been publicising this for over a year!

So do the Spanish pay income tax on their gains after selling a house? If not then someone should go back to the EU

Yes of course...if it's a 2nd home...or you don't reinvest the proceeds in another principal residence.
