Another press release from money grabbing lawyers dressed up as a report from the Times. I wonder how much money they will want upfront for taking on the case:rolleyes: They have been publicising this for over a year!

People will be no better off because they will have to hand any "refund" (and maybe more!) straight over to the Inland Revenue :rofl:

So do the Spanish pay income tax on their gains after selling a house? If not then someone should go back to the EU

Yes of course...if it's a 2nd home...or you don't reinvest the proceeds in another principal residence.
