Gifting a UK property
In relation to a UK property owned by a person who is Spanish resident. I am aware of UK rules on this 7 year rule etc. However what is the situation re Spanish tax? It is just a possible consideration at the moment. If I were to gift the property to my only child who is and will remain UK resident what implications would there be for myself tax resident and wife non tax resident. I would appreciate any information or link re this subject.
