Is there much work for bricklayers going in Gibraltar at the moment? We would be looking at moving towards the end of this year/beginning of 2017?

We have family and friends living in Sabinilla and Duquesa and a couple of them work in Gib but not in the building trade so struggling to find out how much work is available.

There is a lot of building work at the moment in Gibraltar ( note spelling )

However most companies are of Spanish or Portuguese origin.

A visit is the best way forward, giving you a better idea of the situation and allowing face to face contact with potential employers.
