Hi - I´m married, in my thirties and have recently moved to Ayamonte and would love to meet new people and make friends in the area. Anyone in a similar position / similar age who fancies going for a drink / coffee please write back - thanks

Hi Claire,
Welcome!
I'm not in Ayamonte at the moment, and I'm "over the limit" in age ( ). Just sending best wishes for a happy settling in period.
Regards,
Carol

Welcome Claire, I too am 'over the limit' but go to La Lota or the Moron solicitors and you will find almost everyone who has bought at Costa Esuri is or has been through the doors. Talk to Annie at the solicitors, she is your age and as a result knows almost everyone in the area.

Good luck and, most important, enjoy.

Hi everyone - thanks for your replies. Going to look for the Ayamonte thread and will contact those who have left me details. Look forward to meeting you all in due course (even those above limits!).

Hi Claire,

My husband and I have been given the chance of jobs in Ayamonte, in our thirties and have a 4 month old daughter. I was wondering if you had children and If you were aware of Child Care facilities.

Obviously this will be a huge move for us. We havent even been to visit yet. What are your thoughts on the area and life there.

Would be grateful for any information.

Thanks

Rachel

Hi Rachel - I haven´t got any children (yet!) so I don´t have any information on child care though I will see if I can find anything out for you. Life in Ayamonte is very good - it has life more or less the whole year round, there´s lots of places and things to do within easy reach (including the Algarve) and it´s an area with good potential (in terms of growth, businesses etc) - of course the weather is a plus too!
Are you coming to visit the area & when would you be looking to move over? Let me know if I can help you with anything.
Claire

Hi Claire

Thanks for replying and for the positive vibe. Im coming over on Sunday for a couple of days but will be with by Boss and her Partner. A very quick visit. If we decide to come over it will be in June or July. I imagine I shall be back and forth over the next month or so. Thanks for your help and will be in touch again. Would be great if you can find anything out for me.

Speak to you soon.

Rachel
