Better than hooking the hubbie

lol. I cant seem to find one anywhere. I cant hang it from the ceiling so must be free standing. I could get one off ebay but grudge paying 50 quid or so delivery.

A local martial arts / kick boxing shop will get you one. There must be one in Benidorm. Un saco is a punchbag.

Or if you want to order online from a Spanish source, Rude Boys sell them - they have a Saco Boxing Base 3 for €242.00 (not sure about delivery).

Remember they aren't toys and if you hit them the wrong way you risk damaging your hands and wrists. Always wear gloves and more importantly wraps to protect your wrists. You probably knew this already!
