Default Fraud

Good morning, I hope you are all well. We were unfortunately the victims of both a credit card and bank fraud in Feb this year through our Spanish bank, Cajamar. The bank re credited the amount from our bank account but we are still waiting to here about the credit card funds. We ask continuously at the bank, speaking to the bank manager, who informs us it will take time and it being dealt with in Madrid. He says he has heard nothing but doesn't seem too bothered about chasing it up for us either. Does anyone have any idea if there is any way we can find out what is happening via an ombudsman or by contacting the HQ of the bank directly? Does anyone have an address or contact? We are paying interest and making payments for a fraudulent amount and need to sort it out. Thanks.

Unless the procedure has changed since it happened to me you have to make a denuncia at a national police station (wouldnt do it at local one)

This forms part of the paperwork that is sent to the credit card fraud place in Madrid. If you havnt yet done that I doubt if anything is happening. My bank Bancopopular were worst than useless and in the end I withdrew all my money and put it elsewhere.
