Don`t think so, I asked them for them when I filled out my third set of the other forms, although you would assume as they know you live abroad they should send them automatically. ?

You apply to the International Pension Centre in the UK. You don't fill anything in, it will come already filled in, then you take it to your nearest INSS in Spain and they will register it. Hey Presto you are covered for healthcare, and you will eventually get a card if you don't already have one.

Don't forget to apply for your spouse too if applicable.

I got mine automatically when my pension came through - probably because they knew I was living in Spain.

Don`t forget, you have to apply for your state pension.
