Why don't you bother to read the announcement at the top of the forum?
It has been put there for a reason.
It's been fixed but Google haven't taken it off their blacklist.
Just read the announcement and ignore the warnings.
I really don't know why admin bother to keep you informed if you can't be bothered to read their announcements.

Here's the link for google's browser "chrome":
https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/
Try it as a temporary workaround?

Yes I think we all know Mitzy is a mod.
I use Chrome and it throws up a warning. Just click on "advanced"and proceed.
As the announcement says, the problem has been resolved on the site but Google seem incapable of removing the warning.

I use both
IE - no problems
Chrome - no problems
my pc is running Norton - which is a serious net-nanny if you try to go off the straight and narrow (although it did miss the Jave problem which caused me some heartache for a while until i worked out my own way round it.
either I am really stupid, despite playing with computers for 50 years (yes they are that old, and I am even older) or some people either have problems with the settings on their net-nanny or they are just paranoid
all indications are that the problem is over.
but more interesting is that people are saying they are being stopped but still manage to get here and say so.
I trust the teckies at IB have got it sussed who it was that caused the problem and are sueing the pants off them

Well go and complain to Google.
Going on endlessly about on the forum won't make it go away.
Just ignore it.
There is no point in continuing with thread. Admin has kept us informed in the announcement.
