In what way is it limited? By the supplier or an icon on the pc? If it says that on the pc, what operating system are you running?
Do you have a wired or wireless connection?

Hi Tim
Many thanks for the quick reply, we have had connection and it is Wireless, but the icon Limited or No Connectivity is more or less constantly displayed, we use the Windows XP system and have no problems in the rest of the World, we paid to be connected, wondered about atmospherics but again it has been connected although showing low or very low, we have gone into the wireless settings but nothing has moved it yet
Regards Phil

Are you using it now?
If you right click on the icon and select repair, does it make any difference?

Don't think there is a router, it's a wireless connection!

do you mean mobile internet connection or via a phone line? if mobile disable then re enable the computer's wireless lan, if via a phoneline you should ha a wireless router somewhere connected to the phone

this might be a silly question, but are you sure you are trying to connect to the right network?
