Any food pictures?

In Spain? No, but just had some bullfight pix, more aphorisms, a picture of me with a horse (dashing, wish I could share it), a Spanish joke about sex and a rather horrible baby video.

For someone who doesn´t like telephones, I keep in touch with family and friends mostly through FB. I see no harm in it. The odd person who has repeatedly posted pictures, comments and such like which offend, are blocked. Quite simple really and at times, really quite funny

I find FB very useful mainly for displaying photos that I take of village events. We are a small agricultural village and I am very surprised at the number of people here on FB. I have my own website but use it less and less because people like to 'like' and banter and rib and 'guapaaaa' each other about their fotos. Woe betide me if I delay posting pictures after an event. Cars stop on the street "Las fotos - ¿cuándo?" Family and friends in UK and Holland get a flavour of our life here and can identify with many people who they got to know on visits. It can be a very useful resource.

Similar experience here, not a big user of FB, but I follow mainly things happening in my own town/county, keeping in touch with friends/relatives, Spanish sites etc. I find out more about local events than I ever would without FB. Yesterday, when out on my daily walk, there was some great surf on a local beach, I took some shots and put them on my page. I didn't have a clue who the surfers were, but within a couple of hours they were recognised, the people concerned have linked to the photos, the local surf clubs have asked to use them, it's good that people can enjoy the photos that they would never have seen without FB. Plus in the past it's been useful for selling photos as the tourist boards follow me, it's win/win! I don't indulge in idle banter, never accept friends request unless I know them or we have similar interests, used sensibly it's very useful.
