I think you'll find that Glock was slowing down all round the final lap, and apparantly control were telling Hamilton on the radio that he would catch him.
I honestly cant see that it was a fix .... As Mike said, if there was any doubt whatsoever Ferrari would have put a complaint straight in. But then again if they had (as I said before) what about Raikkenen moving over for Massa last time. Championships aren't won always by the number of race wins, but on consistency. Hamilton, over the two seasons has been more consistent. He lost by a point last year and won by a point this year. The championship wasn't won on Sunday ..... it was won over previous races. |

As he was travelling so slowly he would have had to pull to the side as slow drivers, those with problems or who are being lapped etc ae not allowed to impede tha faster ones, different if both are driving at full pace and vying for a place, but in his case he had had to slow ecause his tyres couldn't handle the conditions.
Why they were on the wrong side of the track, god only knows. |

If you look at the replay on youtube you will see Glock pull over to the rhs of the bend, as did the two cars in front of him, but he did not accelerate out of it like the other two and let H through.

Re: F1 thread.
theres no way glock 'allowed' the hamster to win the world championship. dodgy tyre decision in the final stages, simple fact. he thought he could get to the finish and remain in the top 5, he didnt, end of. an f1 car on the wrong tyres is like driving on ice.
on saying that, i'm not overly a fan of hamilton, i think he's made a few serious mistakes over the past 2 seasons, but so too has masa & ferrari (think pit lane fuel hoses for example), but i do believe hamilton is the deserved champ as the season has proved. but only just. i'd like to ask a more important question - did button's honda go on fire itself or did he have a box of matches with him? |

As I said a while back, if Hamilton can do that in his first season and win it in his second then as long as the car holds up the possibilities are fantastic for the future |

they are all cheats and thieves, admit it...

Re: F1 thread.
Doesn't really matter what others think, thought or anyother thing, Hamilton is champion and has gone down in the record books as the youngest ever. People can rant and rave, think conspiracy theories, but it's all over now until next season. If you support Hamilton, celebrate that, :thumbsup:if you don't, then Yah boo sucks to you:thumbdown:
