Default Estepa (Sevilla) wifi

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. We have a house in Estepa although we're not there full time (have had the house for 11 years). I need to be able to work from the house when we are there and I'm wondering what's the best thing to do for internet access.

I do use the library from time to time, but I can't access Yahoo through it - the very nice lady there says this is a perennial problem. So we are thinking about having something installed at the house. We rent it out from time to time, and we're there ourselves for a couple of months a year, in fits and starts.

Could anyone advise me what the best thing to do would be? Or any suggestions? I am not very techie, so answers in words of one syllable would be very helpful! I have friends on the coast who have had WiMAX installed, but I"m not sure if this is available in our area, and don't seem to be able to find anything about it online. My Spanish is sort of OK, as long as I don't have to get into a hugely complicated discussion with someone!

We did, incidentally also have UK satellite TV, but I gather that's now been switched off. We have got a normal television aerial as well.

I would be really grateful for any advice.

We use WINET they have an office next to the Unicaja bank. They are very good and the internet is fast.

Thank you, I know where that is. Do you have any idea of the cost?

As Concierge for the Spanish section of BE I would like to say hello and welcome.

BE is a very large expat website, so if you have problems finding your way around we have concierges who will try to direct you. The moderators for the Spanish forums are Mitzyboy and Fred James, moderators are there to ensure that the site runs smoothly within the rules of BE. Problems and complaints should always be addressed to a moderador who will look into the matter and deal with it efficiently and fairly. Our members who post in the Spain Forums are friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge of the issues of living in Spain. At the top of the page you will find a quirkily named thread called Free Beer which is full of important and useful information. Hope you enjoy your time participating in the forums.

Please let me know if you need any further help.

We are thinking of using them, as we also live In Estepa. We use mobile from Orange which is just passable but only just. For some reason the library will freeze you out of your own e-mails etc after you have used it a few times. Using your own lap top or tablet In the library works fine for everything and that is what we do at present, however ours is just social.
