Estate agents in malaga east with 'fincas' on their books?
Hello all. We are looking at property in and around rincon de la victoria, benalgabon, benjerafe, almayate, torre del mar etc etc.
we saw 3 house yesterday but they were not suitable. (2 on a river bed, and one on concrete but no access to the 900m2 it has.. Apart from up the river bed. No thanks)
We have seen property with mi5, dulce-hogar, etc etc etc.
Are there any other agents in rincon and surrounding areas that have 'finca' type properties on their books? Idealista, fotocasa, yaencontre, etc are good, but not everyone wants to pay their fees.
Thanks

Idealista, Fotocasa etc don't charge fees to buyers - OK the agents advertising will obviously include commission in the prices but those sites are also open to private sellers.

Probably not much lazy as preferring and trusting to sell via word of mouth and/or if the sellers are elderly lack of understanding or access to online systems.
Suggest you keep using a 'boots on the ground' approach and have a good look around the areas that interest you and make some calls - all when you can get safe access of course. Good luck.

As Spainrico suggests there is nothing better than looking in person at what is available. I have noticed over the last few years that more and more people are putting up their own for sale signs rather than use an agency or they use agencies in their local area.

A good estate agent can be very useful and share a lot of good local knowledge as well as other beneficial services especially if the buyer does not have local knowledge. But I would always recommend using an independent professional solicitor to complete the purchase.
Sometimes sellers (especially of remote country properties) are working/living a long way away and prefer to use an agent to sell a property rather than keep having to travel long distances to do the viewings - also some people (buyers and sellers) don't want to meet and negotiate with strangers.
