if you look at Kyero there are lots of properties listed by various agents in all areas

Not all areas unfortunately. Kyero is very strong in some parts of Spain, but non existent in others.

I looked at Kyero when I was trying to buy in Jerez. Jerez has a population of 200,000 (so it´s a big city), but Kyero had a grand total of 2 properties listed, and one of those wasn´t even in Jerez!
