Question Estate agent Ayamonte

Hi
can anyone confirm Superior in Ayamonte have closed? We are not able to contact them. Property just over border in PT due to be ready Aug 08!

Thanks Leighbloke for the link. We have been dealing direct with builder in PT so dont think this will affect us but they will not be getting their commission!

can you renegotiate the price to be 'net' of commission?

a 'certain agent' (with a large name) infamously charged a higher price for properties sold in Islantilla a few years back than those that bought directly from the developer.

not just a few quid either - we are talking 20,000 euros + added on to the contract.

worth asking your solicitor to confirm the contract and escritura prices.
