Hi
can anyone confirm Superior in Ayamonte have closed? We are not able to contact them. Property just over border in PT due to be ready Aug 08!:frown:

Thanks Leighbloke for the link. We have been dealing direct with builder in PT so dont think this will affect us but they will not be getting their commission!:thumbsup:

can you renegotiate the price to be 'net' of commission?

a 'certain agent' (with a large name) infamously charged a higher price for properties sold in Islantilla a few years back than those that bought directly from the developer.

not just a few quid either - we are talking 20,000 euros + added on to the contract.

worth asking your solicitor to confirm the contract and escritura prices.
