Endesa changed to 2 monthly billing a couple of years ago mine are still 2 monthly.

Must to do with different areas of Spain we have had bill sent to us monthly until now.
Have all the bills for the last year and they have been taken out monthly 'til noe

I pay my Endesa account in monthly equal amounts and they e-mail me usage bi-monthly.
When I had bills they were always bi-monthly.
