I have heard that Endesa are currently disconnecting anyone who is on Bulider's electricity in this area.

Has anyone been affected by this or have any other information on what's happening?

When you move in the builder/seller is supposed to organize the paperwork and get you connected. They would have every right to cut you off.

I think this must be correct. I have noticed in the last couple of week that most houses with a electricity box but no meter inside it now have a yellow label from endesa stuck on it which is dated and the words punto directo on it. Hope this helps.
