Hi Jeepers
Matriculate means to register it as a spanish vehicle - in other words, make it legal in Spain.
Costs start around 650 euros for a DIY job and go upwards depending on what is necessary to achieve the objective.
You may have to get a "European certificate of Conformity" which can cost around 2,000€ and take ages (assuming no modifications required)
Without knowing the vehicle (I have never heard of it) you may be best to look it up on the manufacturers web-site

I imported a vehicle, contacted the TUV centre in Valencia, e-mailed docs plus foto of VIN and received all necessary docs 3 days later, only cost around 90 euros.

Take a look at www.tuv.com website and look for homologation.

That's different to matriculation though, that's only getting the paperwork sorted, you still have to get lights altered, ITV, vehicle checked that there have been no modifications, as these will have to be put back to manufacturers spec. The full cost of matriculation is much more than 90€ and remember his is NOT a European spec vehicle, suspect that it will be much more expensive than one from the UK.

For information my own vehicle was not a EU spec either and was not from the UK.
