driving licence
if a lad of 17 passes his driving test in england ,when can he drive in spain . I have been told that he must be 18

As he holds a Euro licence and he is driving in Europe I cant see why not, apart from getting the car insured for him in Spain.
thats what i thought, does anyone have a definative answer on this cos i am a bit confused and my son is very despondent about this
