the laws for healthcare etc are made at the level of the autonomous community of Valencia, not the province of Valencia. So if they apply in Valencia province they would also apply in Alicante province.

See your point but it looks as though you have to register at a particular hospital and I can't imagine Alicante wanting to drag my old carcass all the way from Gandia.Although students of anatomy, will I'm sure find interest in what abuse I've managed to inflict on it over the years
