We are having loadsa trouble with our motley crew of doggies. We have 5000 sq.mts land and they keep weeing on the terrace. Can anyone suggest an effective spray to use. We have tried spraying lemon juice around as suggested by the vet (gets rid of few of the thousands of lemons we have) but to no good effect. All suggestions tried.

Shades of 'there was an old lady who swallowed a fly...'
I find that the dogs keep the cats away. What's the next step, and is my garden big enough?

Your own dogs(s)? Therefore capital punishment not in order? I found with our dog when she was small, and keen to do unpleasant things, chilli sauce wherever she last favoured with the occasional touch on her muzzle soon dissuaded her.
Anyone any answers for other people's dogs? There's a pair of highly *eugh* t*rds on our lower terrace which I don't think are our dog's!

Further to this - and don't read on if you have a delicate tum or are eating a meal - I realised today on entering our poolhouse (next to the *eugh* dog t*rds) that they weren't that at all.....they were the remains, or regurgitated remains, of a very large and very dead rat.
Lenny the Siamese has been very sleepy for over a day. I now know why! Ho hum......

I have that trouble too. You really do have to learn to distinguish between poo and innards. I have to do it all the time, but on the floor in the house. Good luck in your future investigations and, remember, practice makes perfect

How do you use salt? Our dog will still cock his leg to mark in the house despite shouting tapping on nose scruff of neck jobs. I was told to use biological washing powder which I do think has helped as it is not as frequent now.

I don't know if it works with dogs, but with cats you can just sprinkle it where they wee - flower beds & so on & they stop!
