If that was a reflection of the person taking the photo, wouldn't the reflection have a camera in front of their face ?? 
It's either a reflection of someone else, stood to the right of the garden (from angle point) or someone inside .......alive or not

I initially went with the reflection angle assuming it was the owners reflection , its only when i was told that on that day only the agent by himself was at the property
Thats whats the weird bit ..
Angle is wrong for reflection of the agent and would have a camera in hands and not hands in pocket ..

Was the villa empty when the picture was taken? Could it be that there were people viewing at that time?
Oh - and if you cross your eyes you have four people
I discovered this when staring at the picture through a magnifying glass I was concentrating so hard it made me go crosseyed
