For the coming tax return (for 2015 tax) has anyone obtained their borrador yet from AEAT (ie is it available?) and does anyone know the Pound-€uro conversion rate AEAT has set?

The official ECB average rate for 2015 is €1.3777/£

I am not aware that AEAT set a rate. It's up to you to declare your income in Euros. If you have a regular, fixed payment then you can use the average figure for convenience. If the payments are irregular you use the rate at the time the income was released. Personally, for regular pension payments from the UK direct into my account, I use the actual amounts paid into the bank.
