does anyone know how I can go about getting a Death Certificate for an English male who held Residencia in Spain and was living in Spain at the time of his death

My partner needs it to help transfer his car into her name, he died about 4 years ago and she has only now thought about transferring it

The paperwork we are having to deal with is ridiculous
