would that be a wooden box ??
a litre weighs approx 1kg so it would have to be a strong bladder for the sherry and even stronger box to keep it in shape and not burst

Cider, beer, sherry and wine all come in 20l plastic cubes inside a cardboard box. The cube folds flat as it empties!- Polypin !!!
