Default The Costa 'is it raining there' thread....

It would be very useful for me and probably loads of other campesinos who can't look out of the window & see the med, to know what the weather's like on the costas... in case we want to avoid the misty moisty murk in the montes, if you get my drift.

What's it like on the Costa del Sol at the moment?

Chucking it down still and all last night, and people want to move here for the weather. ;-((

Lots of webcams from Malaga city - some show the sea. you can see exactly what it's like.

Brill thanks jdr; brilliant idea rachelk except it's very poor quality - looked at paseo anonio banderas & it might as well be a kids lego building; may very well be wet & grey but that would be guesswork!
Will have to rely on jdr & others & I hope this might be a useful thread for others too, as I said!
Going to the local bar to play pool

Sleeting and freezing, dark and murky up here on the southern face of the Sierra Nevada. It was snowing an hour ago.

That in itself tells you all you need to know fionamw. Usually the quality is good,
the fact that it's not is down to the rain (and sometimes sand) on the lens.

Here in Chiclana on the Costa de Luz it has been miserable with heavy rain. We have lakes where there have never been lakes before, and it isn´t forecast to get any better.
