THE COSTA ESURI EUC …WHAT A JOKE
What’s the best joke you’ve heard in a long time… how about the one where the people who pay the bills and own the properties are DENIED their right to vote and the bankrupt builder MARTINSA FADESA STILL holds all the votes………….Yep, its true,,,, live as it happens from the podium.
Oh the best joke of all,,, that Tipper bloke (yawn) is the new president. Best not say any more, we all know what happens if you dare to ……………………..
As for “debtors”… that’s another JOKE,,,, are you all aware that the tributaria have been dipping into personal bank accounts to take the money, with no authorisation and no notification. They just dip into people’s accounts whenever they want.
The meeting was a shamble, the blatant racist and bullying behaviour against the English speaking owners was unbearable to watch. Finger pointing, shouting people down; not only did the “chair” not permit translation of what was being said for the majority of people there - English speaking owners; but when he did “permit” translation, he actually TOLD the translator what she was to say..
Oh and then there is that one about when he actually shouted, with his finger pointed at everyone that it is a “favour” to have a translator present and not an obligation……………..
The sickest joke, the biggest travesty, the Costa Esuri EUC.

Yes it was a total shambles, proxy votes denied because they were not original meaning fadesa had the say again.... And racist is an understatement! No translations and The English couldn't even speak and when we did there were no answers......
The trouble is Fadesa only had a smallish vote in comparison to the rest of esuri, so really we only have ourselves to blame because not enough people turned up.... Having said that if the proxys where taken into account it would have been close run!!!
Basically the board has not changed just their positions, it's a shame but we tried..... What next, I guess nothing will change!!!!!

I thought Martinsa Fadesa could not vote. New article 10.k (after the last year modification) of the bylaws says: "Those members that are not current in the payment of their fees will not be entitled to vote nor to be elected. In order to exercise the right to vote, the owners will appear to the Assembly showing a certificate issued by the Servicio de Gestión Tributaria (Tax Office) of Huelva (or any other body that replaces it in the collection of the fees) proving that they are current in the payment of their fees." Maybe EUC fees are the only fees Martinsa Fadesa pays regularly and on time, I do not really know...

In the UK British people moan about the amount of money spent on providing translators for folks who don't speak the lingo and can be heard saying 'if they don't speak the language then they shouldn't live here'. Obviously the Spanish (unlike the British) have the courage of there convictions, just saying
