Its taken me ages to catch up with all the posts and having now done so I would like to say that we have been in our place for two years now and we also had doubts and fears to begin with (remember the back balcony scenario for those in duplexes?). The point is that these thing have been sorted, and I feel will for all you new buyers. We were there over the Easter period and were really pleased at the way things are maturing, far more quickly than we had expected, the area is beginning to have that 'lived in' look, of course this applies mostly to the earliest built, but its good to see it happening and will of course spread to the newer places as time goes on. We were amazed at how quickly the popularity of the golf has grown. Its so good to see the place busy everyday. It was an added bonus to meet some of you and have some serious socializing, we hope to catch up with you guys again. Fadesa had been in to do our snagging, not that there was much to do and it did take a reminder from us, but now its done and we are happy. The 'eyesore' that we looked down on has been tidied up considerably. Overall we feel Costa Esuri is beginning to look and feel quite lovely and we look forward to our next visit. I think this feeling of contentment and happiness with your places will come to you all in time. Kim

Hello Kim

I warn you though, have no idea what's the fuss about but I think someone slept with someone else and some other people are pissed off about someone else saying their mum smells of poo and someone else says that their brother is bigger than the other persons and he could have us all.

Hi Woodzie,

Long time no hear. It is good news if the outdoor kitchen and porch extension have been tidied up and I agree if you do not visit that often things do seem to have matured quite a lot. I suppose that when all the works either side of the main entrance into the development are completed and perhaps some of the commercial units occupied it will take on a whole different approach. I wonder when they will turn the fountains on?

Regards,

John.
