If I know SD, and I think I do, she will be passed out on the kitchen floor, pissed and probably in her knickers and bra.

Hello to all Esurianos!

It´s my first time in this forum, since last year I live full time in Esuri and I heard about the VPO houses, I think there is already some Fadesa workers living in
RMA 1 in that sistem. I will try to be clear as possible because I´m not English, please be patient to me. Thanks.

I would not want to live in the midst of a VPO block. Have a look at some of them. Junk on the balconies, dogs left outside to bark all day. Nice to get a bit of culture, but from a distance.

These schemes in the South East are aimed at teachers, nurses, firemen and policemen who have the income to afford a mortgage for the first step on the ladder but cannot put together a deposit since all their monthly wage is spent on rent and utilities.

I would be very happy to have a nurse on one side of me a teacher on the other a policeman on the corner of the block and a fireman on the top floor.
And how many affordable housing schemes in the UK (or in Huelva, or in Seville or Madrid for that matter) have the same low build density as on C.E.?

If Moss Side had such large green spaces between the clusters of development as C.E does, let alone 2 golf courses, the yuppies from Didsbury and Chorlton would be fighting each other to invest in the development!

Having said that, there's nothing like a cheap laugh, is there? I wonder how many apartment- or townhouse-based developments in Southern Europe have been branded "council estates" by journalists at one stage or another? So original.

Farty wouls have to change the flag obviously, and the laundry would have to be replaced with sheep drying on the line, and instead of the Chelsea writing it would have to say something like "kllrtyvvwwllbbpyjaammrtty" but its pretty much the same place eh?

Hello Fortaleza
Let's not confuse things, please. 3000 viviendas have nothing to do with CE. It is good to be in a joking mood but i think that's enough. You are confusing people with all that talk. You have overstepped the mark :curse:
