Hi Dave
I cant vouch for Gloria Crespo as a lawyer as I have no experience of her, (and hence no commercial interest whatsoever) - but it's a name I immediately recognise as I have seen several recommendations for her services. Good luck in your quandry JOn |

No there are no security issues with the site
Simply, someone registered as Forteleza (as opposed to Fortelaza) and used his avatar etc to make it look like him. He was banned, relative posts removed, and thats all there was to it :) Regards Jon |

Has anyone got contact details (email and phone) for MP Solicitors in Ayamonte (Peleyo and Nick Pendos). I've been sending email, after email and phoned on many occasions all to none avail. I don’t even get an answer if I phone, the number I have is: 0034959641146. Has anyone been in contact with the above recently. Can anyone recommend a reliable solicitor who actually replies to emails and phone calls.

I can strongly vouch for Susana from Osunaconsulting based in Ayamonte. She works alone, always replies to E Mails and has done a brilliant job for us over the last couple of years. No I don't get a sales commission, but it is rare to meet such an effective solicitor in the UK or abroad. Am I allowed to pass on her contact details without being banned??
One day, I suppose, I might want to sell my appartment, and so it would be good to have a couple of professional lawyers that are trusted and recommended, so Gloria Crespo and Susana will be on my list. I am also rethinking taking eg a UK based lawyer. They are professionally and ethically bound e.g by law society rules, I believe. And you can still find an expert in Spanish law. Sure they are more expensive, but what startled me was that there was recently a post saying that to get responses from some people, you have to physically be there. If that is really true, I'll have to pay airfares+car hire in order to speak to my lawyer - that will soon blow the bank! Add that to the frustration this all can cause, and perhaps a UK based lawyer isnt such a bad idea/option after all. I believe that it is very important to qualify lawyers as much as possible before engaging them - as one would any professional person. And buying/selling a home abroad is not a trivial or cheap transaction. Hence I am particularly interested in this recent discussion (attached) |

Yes please jong post the details - you are allowed to recomend someone you have no commercial connection with. It would be good if another can recommend Susana too, just to make it a multi-recommendation, like Ive personally seen with Gloria Crespo.
