Fotaleza and Chris Mortley- Thanks for the info and advice, looks like I will have to pay them a visit when I pop over in April.
There office is based in Huelva, but If you are considering using her services give her a call or email as she often will meet her clients in Ayamonte.A favorite meeting place is the cafe on the corner near the Notary

I think there are many on here who could have given that number, but we chose not to. What are you thinking???? Had Pelayo given you the right to publish his mobile phome number on the web???? It isn't even on his website FFS.

I suggest the mods get in here VERY QUICKLY.

What were you thinking???

Dear Sunny Face

Firstly I see this is your first post, WELCOME to the forum. I look forward to seeing your contributions over time.

We are finally delighted with our purchase at CE... but for a long time before completion we regretted it. We had many problems - some still continue after completion.

By far the most upsetting series of problems for us personally was the service we received (or not) from our lawyer.

Its obvious of course, but a lawyer has to be professional, knowledgeable, responsive, honourable etc. So it is really worth asking for recommendations before engaging one. This forum is a good vehicle to poll users for their thoughts. I should have done this, my mistake.

Since Dave's post we have already had 2 recommendations already - yours and another.

If anyone reading this is about to engage a lawyer at CE I recommend that they do some more extensive research first. It is super-important to have the right lawyer, you can trust, when making such a big and important investment. This applies to wherever you are buying property in the world

Whoa Forty - I understand your reaction - but understand it was Sunny Face's first post.

This is an opportunity to explain rather than criticise. We dont want to scare posters off.

People often put their cell number on their business card, I dont have his, so I dont know, but if it were there I think it is not such a crime to publish it. And if not there or on the website - a gentle explanation to the new member is nicer.

Anyone know if the mobile number is on the bizcard?

Moby number is on the green bizcard I have from 5 years ago. I think later versions omitted it; that's why I kept the old one.

I have heard this week that a couple of RAGO appartments have been burgled, with everything removed. Is anyone else aware of this?? (Aparently the point of entry was via the front door which suprises me since they are pretty hefty with plenty of bolts).
