Further to the above, as it was actually me that got the privilege of spending a few days in our apartment (John just wishes it had been him!!), on Thursday of last week, the pneumatic drills and diggers were out at the entrance to Bloque 6 (Portal 1), making a helluva racket!!. Once the workers had gone, wandered over to see that they had dug up all the luvverly red concrete which had the block paving look. They had taken out part of the green fencing in order to get the digger in. There were just cables poking out of the soil. Not sure what it is all about, but probably too much to hope they are making a start on rectifying the issues we have with the concrete cracking, amongst other things!!

Red concrete not the horrid grey fake block paving? Could this possibly be the start of the changes we were promised. No news from our solicitor this week. Those of you out there please keep us informed.

With petrol prices going up even if they charge a high price (quite probable) it will be cheaper than driving all the way into town overall.

Congrats to Mike and Bryony
Hope everything goes really well for you.
Does anyone know if there is a bus service from Ayamonte to the beach at Canela if so how often and where does it leave from? If not what is the cost of a taxi and how easy is it to get one.
Thanks Jules

Congratulation Mike, Bryony,
I will be in Huelva to close on my place this weekend - bands, notarios, etc., willing. Travelling to Sevilla on Thursday. I would love to meet up and maybe even have a game if you have the patience!
