Costa Blanca
Anyone recommend a good estate agent for long term rentals in Costa Blanca? Thanks

Re: Costa Blanca
You will need to organise a time to go to the area you want to live and do the legwork around the estate agents with a view to sign up and put some money down as it will be gone by next day.
A little harsh but thats the reality of it nowadays .

Re: Costa Blanca
Long term rentals in Costa Blanca are difficult to find nowadays and you have to be there at the time of advertising and be ready to sign on the dotted line as any apartment is in demand at the moment. Online estate agents are a total waste of time regarding any real conversation about rentals as they won't reply.

The Costa Blanca is huge, around 195KM so where on the costa may help, prices also vary widely with prices in the North often up to twice what prices are in the South.
