Hi to anyone on line

We have just put a deposit on an apartment in Daya Nueva which is almost completed and will be finished in May. We are really excited but after joining BritishExpats and reading the threads on Spain we are wondering if we have done the right thing. Its only going to be a "bolt hole" not a permanent home but we dont want to think we have put good money after bad.

The area appears to be lovely and close to everything we needed. Does anyone know about this particular area.

The apartments are Phase 111 LunaMar.

We have seen the builders license to build which seems authentic and have spoken to people who live out there who describe the place as beautiful and untouched.

Yes thank you. I am getting around the site and learning by the minute. Just realised what the administrator meant regarding "posts" so am trying to get rid of the others I have posted and just concentrate on DN.
