Unless you're not a European citizen, then you simply need a passport and your European health card - which you have to apply for. I'm not sure that there are many companies out there who do it other than if visas are involved as it wouldnt be cost effective??????

There are a number of people that offer these kind of 'services'.
The most widespread that I've come across are English estate agents who, as part of their service, will help explaining all the necessary 'rules & regulations'.
For example; how to get a residencia, the best (and cheapest) way to import a vehicle, how to find schools etc. etc.
The other way is to simply ask all the questions on here - somebody might even offer to help with some of the paperwork

I believe HSBC and Amex offer a relocation service to their customers.

we're with RBS so I'll check with them.
For when we move over, would you advise transferring to a bank like Santander that has more presence in Spain?
Thanks

AFIK RBS do not offer a re-location service, but please let us know how you get on.
Everyone has their favourite spanish bank and this has been discussed several times. I use Barclays.
I have always wanted to see Casablanca, nearest I got was Marrakesh

Gestor will do all that once you are there, shouldn't take more than a few weeks to get everything done, doesn't cost anything to move, apart from the removal costs, and you don't need visas or anything else. We paid a removal company to move our belongings, and a gestor did all the rest, a lot of it without us needing to be present.
