I have been quoted between 1000 Euros and 2000 Euros for the pleasure of my potential communial pool is this a fair price guys???

I was renting a house in costa blanca and we had to pay 120 euros every 3 months for use of the communial pool.

Do you mean your community is going to have a pool built and this is the cost for each apartment? If so it depends on the number of apartments and the size and specification of the pool.

Our urbanisation fee is about 300 a year, covers lighting, pool, street cleaning etc.

I hope I dont get quoted that much that would be a killer. Thats a hell of a difference btw 1000 or 2000 thousand why the uncertainty?

Chemicals,some times maintaing your own pool can be a pain in the a**,what ever you pay,as long as it seems reasonable,will be worth it,as long as you can party around it ,and I mean PARTY.
